How It Works

Groups are a maximum of 10 ladies. These will take place via Zoom at the same time each week, unless agreed otherwise.

(Please note this date has been amended)

Our next group starts on Tuesday 25th February at 5pm.

Weekly calls will then be on Monday’s at 5pm.

Each session will last 60-90 minutes.

Sessions will include a combination of deep mindset work, energy healing and energy alignment.

Think of it as a unique type of therapy that will allow you to transform, not only your relationship with food, but your relationship with yourself.

Each week you will take a step forward with a new tool to support your journey to food freedom.

We will cover everything from, making friends with the voice in your head, creating a way of eating that works for you, simple nutrition hacks, overcoming self- sabotage, to repairing your relationship with yourself, releasing trapped beliefs, past traumas and deep alignment work. 

By the way, a way of eating that works for you doesn’t mean a diet, or restriction, in fact I prefer to work on ‘adding in’ nutritious food. I will never suggest you stop eating something and I encourage foods that you eat for pleasure!

At the end of each session, we will agree on action steps for the week ahead which will move you closer to your goal and the upgraded version of you.

FAQ’s

How much weight will I lose?

While many coaches will promise a huge weight loss I will not do that. Why?

Because:

1. We all lose weight differently.
2. I am not giving you a specific diet to follow.
3. This is about understanding who you are and why you eat.

Weight loss is the side effect of having a peaceful relationship with food. Some of my ladies have lost 14lbs in 10  weeks and others have lost 6lbs.

What if I can't stick to it?

There is nothing to stick to! There is no diet to follow!

You will need to show up for yourself and do a little inner work on your mindset and energy alignment. However, you will have my guidance, support and accountability to help you.

In between sessions you will need to allocate a little time for you to complete your action steps. 

 

How do I know if it will work?

I was once asked whether I could guarantee results. My answer…. can you guarantee me that you will put in place everything I teach you?

I can only give you all of my tools and healing, you do have to commit to  using them. But I promise you if you do, the results will be life-changing.

I appreciate there is a fear around investing in yourself and “it not working”, especially when you have spent so much on trying to lose weight in the past and you haven’t seen the long-term results.

However this programme is unique and transformational, you are learning skills that will have a ripple effect in all areas of your life. 

You will work with me in a small group, receiving my methods, healing and over 20 years of experience, knowledge and training. 

You will receive handouts, and recordings and have access to me via a group WhatsApp for any support you may need. Whether to ask a question,  share a win or for a pep talk. You will have me as your food freedom bestie in your back pocket!

My programme gives you the tools to transform your body, mind and soul. I only work with a maximum of 10 ladies in a group at any given time so that I can ensure you have the best experience and I can fully support you.

Only you can decide if you are ready to invest in yourself. I will never try to persuade you as I want you to be ready and fully committed.

 

What is Energy Healing and Energy Alignment?

Energy healing is a simple but transformational process that will help you release negative energy, unhelpful beliefs, past traumas, and trapped emotions to get back in flow with life. There are various energy healing methods; I work using The Helix Method® and Theta Healing®

Energy alignment is fine-tuning your Human Wifi.
At the moment, my guess is that you send out the signal that weight loss is hard, you will always struggle with food, and you will never find food freedom. Well, if you are living in this energy, that is exactly what will happen!

Imagine living in the energy of; I find it easy to nourish my body and choose foods that allow me to release weight quickly. Energy alignment practices help you align to the version of you that you want to be with ease and speed!

When will my sessions be?

Your group sessions will be the same time each week as stated above. (The next group is Monday’s 5pm (except for week 1 which is Tuesday 25th February at 5pm)

What happens if I can't attend a session?

If you miss a session there will be recordings shared inside the online portal. However I encourage you to attend whenever possible to ensure you get the most out of your programme.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

This really does depend on you. Some ladies choose to continue working together, this may be on a fortnightly or monthly basis as they embed everything they have learnt. If you choose to join my Academy you can continue to join monthly masterclasses and group coaching calls.  If you feel you are ready to go it alone, then know that I am only ever a phone call away if you feel you need additional support in the future.
