Private WhatsApp Group

A members-only WhatsApp group where you can ask questions and receive support from me and your peers between your group calls.

 

You can join the academy for just £66 per month.

Your investment includes your weekly group call, live training, access to my online training and support via the Whatsapp group whenever you need it.

FAQ’s

When are the calls?

The group coaching calls will initially be on Mondays at 7pm. As the Academy grows, I will add additional call times so members have various options throughout the week.

 

What if I don't want to attend every week?

That is fine! I appreciate some members will require weekly accountability whilst other members would prefer to check in once or twice a month.

You are responsible for managing your own attendance and most importantly joining the calls when you need them most.

 

How long are the calls?

The group coaching calls will be 30-60 minutes depending on the group’s needs.

Are the weekly calls recorded?

I want all members to feel safe to share within the groups and for this reason, the coaching calls will not be recorded. 

How much time do I need?

I recommend you set aside 30-60 minutes per week (aside from your group call) to work through my online Foundations programme.

In addition, you may wish to plan your meals for the first 3-4 weeks, once you have found what works for you, there will be less planning time needed.

I appreciate we all lead busy lives and the membership is not here to add pressure. You will find tips and tools to make things as simple as efficient as possible.  

Will you give me a plan to follow?

I don’t give out meal plans – but there is a reason for this.

In all of my years of experience what I know for sure is when we are given a plan we will only follow it for a set amount of time before our brain kicks in with ‘I don’t want to eat what Jenny told me to eat!’

Plus you will rarely like all of the food on any given plan.

Instead, you will be guided to create your own food framework. This means you will have a plan that includes all of your favourite foods including those foods you may have once deemed ‘bad’!

What if I can't stick to it?

You don’t need to worry about sticking to a plan as there is nothing to stick to!

When I say no food is off limits I mean it!

You will, however, need to show up for yourself and do the inner work, but you will have my guidance, support and tons of accountability to help you.

I am unsure about being part of a group, is there another option?

Group coaching is highly effective and very supportive.

There is something special about sharing your journey with like-minded ladies who understand each other and face the same challenges. You will never be put on the spot or asked to share anything you don’t wish to.  We learn from each other and often members share situations that others in the group relate to.

How much weight will I lose?

Your initial focus will be reconnecting with food and yourself. If we approach from a weight loss angle then this is soon going to become another diet.

Weight loss will come as you put into practice what you learn. This is a gradual process that naturally happens as you settle into a new place with food and yourself.

How long is the membership commitment?

Your membership commitment is for as long as you need it to be!

You can cancel at any time.

Is your energy alignment work included in the membership?

I know that energy alignment work does not resonate with all of my followers, however, I also know it is a game changer for many. Therefore the fundamental principles of energy alignment work and how to use it daily is within the portal. If it is not for you, feel free to skip this section.

Is there any 1:1 support included?

This is a group programme, however, you may bring challenges to the calls and be coached through those obstacles within the group.  If you would like to add on a 1:1 session to work through something without the group don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. (Additional fees may apply)
